Another page had been added to the development of St. Thomas Province of the Vincentian Congregation on 6th September 2003 getting hold of 19.70 acres of land from VC Nema by the initiative of Rev. Fr. Mathew Vattakuzhy, then provincial, and his Council. Madhavgarh is situated at the national highway 75, about eight kilometers away from Satna city, to the east on the way to Rewa and close to the river Tamas. The construction work was started on 20th January 2004 by Fr. Baby Puthussery as priest in charge of the construction hanged about at Bishop’s House, Satna. On 28th April 2004, at the completion of the Ashram, Mar Mathew Vaniakizhakkel, Bishop of Satna, blessed the Ashram and Rev. Fr. Varghese Puthussery, Superior General inaugurated the newly built Novitiate in the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Mathew Pothalil, the then Provincial superior of the St. Thomas Province. The Vincentian Community came into being on 5th May 2005 with Fr. Michael Kareekunnel, Superior and Novice Master along with 10 novices.

On 16th July 2006, De Paul School was inaugurated under the initiation of Fr. Abraham Kollamparambil with 48 students on the roll. In the same year, with the intention to be in contact with the people around, by the initiative of Fr. Abraham Kollamparambil 10 ‘angenwadis’ were opened in different villages. The school had been steadily progressing and a new building had to be built. The new school building was inaugurated on 3rd August 2009. In the same year, Novitiate was temporarily shifted due to a reduced number of novices and Christu Vidhya Niketan, the minor seminary which had been running at Maidani, Rewa had been transferred to here on 25th June 2009. SABS sisters who belong to Christu Jyothi Province, Satna agreed to reside here on 2nd August 2009 and the newly built Convent was blessed on 1st April 2013. Another extension of the De Paul School was blessed on 8th July 2015. It was affiliated to CBSE on 29th June 2015.
